We used the PReP model to identify issues in the initial development process. We could then proceed smoothly in the subsequent process without having to revert to required changes. The PReP model is an outstanding method and an excellent tool!

業務プロセスモデルの作成が容易で，ファイル間の整合性を保ったまま編集を重ねていくことができます．今回の手法によってドキュメントの作成と管理に要する労力は，Excel と PowerPoint で作業する場合の半分程度で済むのではないでしょうか．

The PReP model made describing business processes easy. We could continue editing while maintaining consistency between files. The effort required to create and manage documents with this tool was probably about half that required by Excel and PowerPoint.
